Recommended
- Garments should have a flat profile when stretched for optimal printing
- Ensure the printing area is clear of overlapping fabrics, laces, and elastics
- Use heat transfer labels that can withstand 150°C for 15 minutes
- Maintain dimensional stability of elastics at 150°C
- Implement DOD bonding for bonded seams
- Design within a print area of 90cm*55cm to avoid low visibility of printed or transferred labels
- Maintain seam thickness within 2mm height
- Opt for thermoset bonded materials where possible
- Avoid center back seam garments

Recommended

- Select materials with reduced wicking capabilities (10cm at 10 mins)
- Avoid printing on hydrophobic apparel or silicone coated apparel
- While PFP (prepared for print) is preferred, it’s not a must
- Aim for no or minimum fibrillation on cotton for a smoother print

- Our print color range includes the entire CMYKOG spectrum
- We support > 300 DPI resolution for crisp and detailed prints
Limitations

- Dark fabrics that are unsuitable for colors lighter than the fabric color

- We are unable to print neon or metallic colors
- Designs without color blocks - large areas with a single color are not recommended
